The Ursulines, identified with Christ Crucified, are dedicated to live a total self-gift to God, in perfect purity of heart, in communion with one another and joyous service to the needy, in the spirit of the Foundress, Blessed Caterina & Mo.Giuditta. We run schools, parish activities, pastoral ministry and vocational work with youth; we cater centers welcoming women and children in difficult circumstances; we look after orphanages, health care services to women and children as well as we do prison ministry….
Community Outreach

It is a potent means to instruct students in moral values, ensuring quality education that combine spiritual and human formation which will enable them to live purposefully in a challenging world.
A committed band of teachers are the back bones of our educational institutions whose loyalty to the institute and inspiring lifestyle encourages and motivates the students to achieve their goals upholding the USS vision of education.
In the Global World
We work in Italy, Bolivia, Brazil, India, Philippines and Indonesia. The communities outside Europe are structured in four Delegations. Growth and spread of USS in India
The strong thirst for a missionary vocation born in the heart of Mo.Celina. It sprouted developed and yielded abundant fruit in the 20th century. The dynamic figure, Mo. Celina, the superior general having imbibed the spirit and zeal of the Foundresses, found ways and means of carrying the missionary flame to the distant Indian land. To this end, she chose prepared and sent a band of 8 brave and generous Ursulines as Pioneers accompanied by the junior directresses Sr. Dolores.
